Outside of work, here’s what I’ve been up to over the last few years:
Raising my fur child, Zelda. When I was in Los Angeles I was fostering a dog, and so I created an Instagram page to help promote him, and to share the work I was doing to help LA animal rescues to fundraise.
I am currently back in Brooklyn, NY (as of July 2024) but I had moved to California in November 2020 and lived all over Los Angeles for 3+ years. Since 2019, I had also spent some time living in Miami and Chicago.
I was recently certified in Reiki Care Level I and II by a long-time healer of mine: Cynthia Santiago-Borbón.
I am planning to enroll in an Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy certificate program.
I continue to run a community + newsletter called The Latinx Collective.
